SKI Global Corporation (Shenzhen) is a specialized manufacturer of high-precision hardware punched, jointed and spray-coated parts. Our major export destinations are North America, Europe and Southeast Asia. We source raw materials from reliable suppliers such as Nippon Paint, Sherwin-Williams, Akzo Nobel and Baosteel. We double-check all raw materials, making sure they comply with ASTM and JIS standards. Eight QC personnel sample check punched parts and check each spray-coated part. We welcome third-party supervision as well.
Our ISO 9001:2000-certified factory covers 20,000 square meters. Over 130 production staff conduct the entire process in-house, from molding design, punching and jointing to spaying. More than that, all spray-coating procedures stringently follow MIL standards. Monthly capacity reaches 3 million units.
